HomeSource has taken the time to interview, check references, inspect past jobs, and get referrals on all it's vendors. We go through the headaches so you don’t have to. All of HomeSource’s vendors are insured and licensed if required for their profession. No job is too small or large.

HomeSource’s in-house services

Handyman Services - Need a little help around the house? (Ceiling Fans, Faucets, Patching Holes, Painting, Door Knobs, Light Bulbs changed or just an extra hand for moving stuff around)

Hourly or flat rate depending on the job.

Project Coordinator – 1% of the total project price
HomeSource will find the right vendor for your project and personally be there during the first introduction and assist with the scheduling there after. HomeSource will check-in periodically to make sure your project is going well and always be there for you if you have any questions.

Project Manager – 3% of the total project price
HomeSource’s project manager will meet with you to go over all details of what needs to be done and discuss how the job will be handled. HomeSource will assign the right vendor or vendors for the job or jobs to be done and will make all arrangements. The project manager will oversee the project from beginning to end with progress reports as the job progresses.
